Three men are on the Pennsylvania State Police’s 10 Most Wanted list for crimes committed in Western Pennsylvania.
This summer’s arrest of one of the fugitives updated the list.
Jimmy Carlton Mill Hall Borough police were seeking Henry Jr. for the rape of a minor. Early in July, U.S. Marshals assigned to the Fugitive Task Force responded to a location near Parkesburg, West Virginia, upon receiving information about Henry’s employment there.
“As police arrived, Henry reportedly suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound that proved fatal. The Clinton County District Attorney’s Office declared Henry dead at the scene.
Michael Edward Akerly, James Garland Watts, and Brandon Eugene Revis are still out on the streets of Western Pennsylvania.

Here are the names of the fugitives who are still on the loose and what they’ve been charged with:

- Michael Edward Akerly: Wanted for a 1998 rape and aggravated indecent assault in Erie. He has been seen in Wattsburg, Erie County, Chautauqua, New York, and North Carolina. He is known to frequent music stores and recording studios.
- James Garland Watts: Wanted for a 2008 homicide and attempted homicide in Allegheny County.
- Russell Edward Mason: Wanted by PSP Ridgway for failure to register as a sex offender.
- Benicio Antoi Benifield: Wanted by Palmer Township police for rape of a child.
- Gerado Cruz-Hernandez: Wanted for multiple counts of rape and related charges in 2013 involving a 12-year-old female in Norristown.
- Kevin Jay Purnell: Wanted for a 1999 sexual assault of a 7-year-old female in Chester County.
- Bradley Andrew Buchanan: Wanted in Lancaster County for rape of a child.
- Freddy Calle: Wanted by Hazleton City PD for rape of a child.
- Brandon Eugene Revis: Wanted in Beaver County for homicide.
