Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida as a formidable Category 4 storm on Thursday. Although it has since weakened, it continues to bring substantial rainfall to certain areas.

According to the National Hurricane Center, the storm center is not projected to track directly towards Pennsylvania. However, it is expected to come close to the state. Flash-flood warnings have been issued in Ohio and West Virginia, and Pennsylvania can expect to receive rainfall as well.
