Rachael McKriger

An editor for Pittsburgh Sports Castle and Real Sports Entertainment Network, Rachael McKriger is dedicated to sports journalism. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, McKriger's favorite sport is football - or what Americans call "soccer." However, she also covers the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pitt Panthers Basketball for Pittsburgh Sports Castle. In addition to the two sites, McKriger also contributed at W2M Network and Politically Incorrect Sports Talk. Furthermore, she is a stringer/reporter for the Mon Valley Independent Sports, a local paper in Monessen, Pa. Personally, McKriger is a senior at California University of Pennsylvania, and will graduate in May with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English, with a concentration in journalism. After undergraduate school, McKriger plans to go to Duquesne University to study Media Communications and earn her Master's Degree.
